Elizabeth at Patriot Star Logistics is a rock star! She bent over backward to find a driver to transport our camper within the time needed, and got it there safely. We'd been trying with one company after another for over a month, but she was the only one who got it done. She was so kind and helpful along the way, keeping us appraised of progress at regular intervals. I recommend her highly and without reservation. She's THE BEST!

I've tried contact this company multiple times as well as others on my behalf for the past 5 months.

Unfortunately I have nit received a response. They are avoiding dealing with this. I will also be following through with my lawyer to sue for loss wages. My company did not agree to do business with your company and I did not sign no rate confirmation, nor filled out a carrier package or agreed to carry a load for your company. My company should not suffer due to others mistakes.

I simply had a contract with someone to rent my truck monthly which is not illegal. I have suspended all activity with this renter after this situation occurred. My companies placards were not suppose to be visible during the loading and unloading of this load.

The truck is insured and has all the proper paper work needed to conduct business.

You did business with leap trucking not C & T Transport Services LLC. I do apologize for the miscommunication but the load was never paid out and the damage was minimal as you have already stated.

They refused to remove the freight guard and ive never done business with Ken or Lisa. I will now be contacting the fmcsa and the better business bureau for defamation from this company.

Every Broker Should Be Like Patriot Star!!
We had the pleasure of getting in tune with Patriot about a month ago. They are by far the best broker we have ever worked with. They are seasoned in the industry (on all sides) and are one of the good guys who uphold logistics with much integrity, respect, class, fairness, etc. They treat carriers with respect and as partners and are just genuinely good and kind people at their core. They are an absolute treat. You are lucky to get the opportunity to work with them. All other brokers- take notes!!!!!!

My company and I do concerts around the states. We needed transportation services that could provide dual drivers to ensure the long hauls between the venues were on-time. These folks were great! They helped us pack our gear (not their job), kept in constant contact throughout the drive, and really went far beyond what we would normally expect. Excellent service and a great team of drivers!
