Back in July of 2024, we ship a package that were meant for a wedding . The wedding was to be held in September of 2024. The wedding had to be postponed because the content in the box didn’t get there on time, my niece had to reorder her stuff so has to have her wedding in November because of the new date. As of January of 2025, the packages have not made it to it destination. We trusted PS Caribbean Freight Systems to ship these extremely important packages,. In return, they have given us several different excuses and have been 100% dishonest about the location of our packages and the reason that they never made it to the destination. Our family is devastated due to the importance of the contents of these packages. All PS Freight has offered us so far is dishonesty.

Had a barrel shipped out and I believe it got lost/stolen. After calling and calling, they wouldn’t get back to me about the issue. UPDATE: I called ps freight back to back and no answer. And you guys ARE aware of the lost barrel. We already talked to you guys about it. We keep getting dates on when it will arrive and it never arrives. Last it was seen was in Jamaica. It is supposed to be in Guyana. Not Jamaica. It was definitely stolen. If action isn’t taken soon we will do something about it.

So I was a bit skeptical base on some reviews I saw thus far. I did mentioned my concerns when I dropped off my 2 boxes. I spoke to the manager Ms. Singh and she assured me my shipment would arrived securely to Trinidad. When they drop off my boxes to the shipper, I was sent the confirmation paper via Whatsapp and in 2 weeks time the package arrived at PAS Cargo in Trinidad intact. I hope they keep up the great service I received and continue to give to others going forward . Thank you.

This is the absolute worst company to ship with. Very unprofessional. First time I shipped with them everything went smoothly. Second time, my shipment got damaged, took out insurance, only to wait over six months for damage reimbursement. Shipped with them again, only to keep getting calls my shipment arrived and they wanted personal information to begin processing. I refused to give personal information over the phone. I called the shipping company that I normally communicate with, they informed me my package has not arrived, so now I'm thinking someone is trying to scam me. After making several attempts to contact this company, after over a month, they later told me my shipment arrived over a month, failing to inform me that they switched companies. Now I have to pay storage fees, lost my duty allowance. I will no longer do business with this company. PS Freight lacks professionalism. Seems like they're in their own bubble of a world.

PS Freight is the worst shipping company in Orlando. Here is what happened within the last couple months I have shipped four items ( 2 boxes and 2 barrels) with them. The box and the barrel took almost two months after numerous phone calls. These products are for sick people that really need these items. The staff told multiple lies to me about the date it will be received in Grenada. I spoke with the agents in Miami and they said PS Freight do not pay their bills. I finally received the first two items.
I decided to give them another chance since, no one is perfect, and the same thing happened again! This time they refused to take my phone calls. When they finally answered, they made excuses all over again. On the other hand, the agent in Miami told me this is habitual with this company. I will NEVER SHIP WITH PS FREIGHT EVER AGAIN!!! I do not recommend any one to ship with them. Please save yourself the time and headache!!

Horrible experience so far. Tried shipping a box with them so far and it's been pretty close to a month and they haven't even shipped down my package as yet. Not to mention they are hard to communicate with and totally unapologetic for their short comings. Never doing business with this company again.
