Scammers, advertized one price, charges another, and to make matters worse, they charged my card, and I have nothing to show for it. Refuses to refund when they are refusing to accept order. Claiming my card is "declined" yet the money is out of my account. Steer clear, they are scammers.

I purchased a 243 wssm hunting rifle for my son a few years back. After a few years of searching for ammunition I was finally able to locate the ammo we needed from your location. We ordered the ammo and it shipped in a timely manner. Thank you guys for lifting a weight off my shoulders. We will definitely do business again if the opportunity presents itself.

I have now purchased two guns from Bobby's, and I look forward to continuing doing business with them!

Considering how crazy the industry has been for the last year, I really don't think I could ask for any more out of their service. The transaction was smooth, and the communication with our FFL was great.

I work at a gun shop, and I will say this much--manufacturers and vendors haven't (yet) raised their prices. Many companies are price gouging because they can. Please remember this when things get back to "normal"! There is a lot to be said about this kind of integrity. They are earning our loyalty.

With prices like that (almost too good to be true) and an operation that I'm sure isn't gigantic, I think they're doing a tremendous job.

My only "complaint" is seeing their ridiculous deals and having to fight temptation all the time!!! Haha.

Recently purchased a firearm from Bobby's Gun's and Ammo on GunBroker.com but their Seller Name was T and T Outdoors. The e-mails they sent me came from Bobby Gun's and Ammo. The Item I purchased was supposedly in stock until I won the auction, then it needed to be ordered and would take week to come in. Bobby and Lori aren't very responsive to e-mails usually taking 2-days to respond, with excuses and no apologies of course. To add insult to injury, after receiving the firearm and letting me know it finally came in, it took another 2 days to put it in a box and ship it via UPS Ground so I wouldn't receive it for another week.
Did I mention the $25.00 shipping fee for UPS Ground? You better believe I'll be giving it a good inspection before I accept it from my FFL and if there's anything wrong it'll be headed back to them so it will be in stock for the next guy. Worst firearm purchase experience in 20 years so they get 1 star because 1/2 a star was an option.

Customer service is not professional or helpful. I purchased an AR15 from Bobby's guns and ammo with a crimson trace red dot scope included. The 1st time I shoot the gun the scope won't adjust in any direction. So I begin contacting crimson trace with no response to 3 emails or a facebook message. I start emailing Bobby's guns and ammo because I'm their customer. I ask them 3 times for help and they only tell me to keep contacting crimson trace to have it fixed saying that's all they could do. To me if that's all they can do I would prefer them do it. I know they were unaware of the gun having a damaged scope but they are making no attempt to correct this mistake which would have been no big deal. I should have read some of the reviews on here before purchasing from them. I would not buy from here again. Will change rating if they will make this right.
