We are extremely upset, we cant get the broker to call us back, to email us back. Its been 6 months, and 2 months since the last time she emailed us. I call every day and shes never there, or they tell us she no longer has an extension. Can someone explain this to us.
The worst broker. Never again.

Regarding the above review, I spoke to the owner and he as able to explain the process, he was helpful and said he would be in touch and communicate with us regarding the next steps.

Their forklift operator unloaded freight that didnt belong to them. They then proceeded to hold our freight hostage and would not return it unless we paid $900
