Very bad customer service , I have been calling for 5 months and not a soul returns calls. When today I finally get a live one , she has the worst attitude.
This company really needs customer service training . Or maybe they just don't need the work.

They was not bad before but now I don't know what's going on, they keep lying to you never give you an specific date. The front desk lady is very rude, she can even close the phone on you. They can keep you container for more than 3 weeks without telling you nothing and now they don't pick up the phone.

Very bad service. They left our container down two weeks in a row causing us a lot of troubles with our client. It was a pre-paid cargo and our first time using their service. The worst experience. The speech was always the same "...due to the weight and stability of the vessel, the captain and operation team has made a last minute decision to leave some cargo behind. For your information and tracking , this booking in mention, will be our #1 priority to be loaded on the next available vessel..." Well, that's not true, because we were not #1 priority the second time as they stated we would be.

Kudos to this compagny. The lady who helped me, she is Hispanic and short, little bit chubby. She was very sweet and very nice..I was told the car would be in Haiti around the November 13th, today i got a call advising me the car has arrived.

Overall the company deserve a -5 star, poor customer service, lack of professionalism across the board. I don't understand how they stay in business for that long. I drop (2) vehicles on March 23, initially they told me it would take 3 days for the vehicles to arrive in Cap-Haitian, Haiti, THAT WAS THE 1ST LIE AND COUNTING: They use this Haitian guy name Gilbert to gain your trust and money, once they receive your money then here come the lies and counting:(2) Lie coming from Nancy Perez, we having issues with the vessel but she assure me the vehicles will be ship on May 9th, that was a lie again.(3) Lie coming from Nancy Perez again, Im so sorry sir, our next departure date will be on May 14th that was a lie again coming from NANCY PEREZ.(4) LIE, MS. NANCY PEREZ SENT A CONFIRMATION EMAIL STATED I guarantee you sir, your vehicles will be shipped out on May 24th....that was a lie again. I spent my entire days trying to reach Ms. Nancy Perez, I couldn't get her on the phone, I left several messages for her via voicemail and email. She has not reply to any of my messages. I spoke to Raul Fernandez, he apologies for Ms. Nancy Perez bad customer, he assure me my vehicles will be shipped out today May 26th. I don't believe either but I will wait and see the outcome. Vessel#347226/347227....I will contact BBB next on this company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS THIS COMPANY, BOYCOTT THEM NOW, WARNING TO NEW CUSTOMER: STAY AWAY.
