They just have 2 docks for unload even they don’t care about ur appointment time if u can come early as soon as u can come here otherwise u should have to wait for another trucks to pass to get a dock
Working Person are nice and helpful. They provide u a safe place to park ur truck if they don’t have dock available

My package got lost, I sent multiple emails and was totally ignored. Made several phone calls, kept getting "it's not on our end" and "we don't have it"
The package showed as delivered to the Miami address but no one could find it. From 26th October to 14th December.
It's a busy time, and I can offer grace, which I did, but this company clearly does not value its customers.

We used Paradise Fright to send all of our treasured house hold goods to St Croix about 2 years ago. Loved the service both in Florida and on the island. Very helpful. Last May we used them to ship 9,000 lbs of roofing material to the island. There were no problems at all. Again, very helpful.
Now we are shipping replacement items after hurricane Maria, we'll see how they do. Anticipating no problems.

Used Paradise to ship to and from the Virgin Islands. When we received our belongings - 90% of it was all destroyed. TV screen cracked and split. Everything wooden was water damaged like it sat in the rain for two weeks. EVERY container was crushed and the only thing that wasn't rusted, cracked, or otherwise rendered useless were the pots and silver.

All of our family photos and collectables were sun damaged and water stained. I have never felt more taken advantage of in my life.

This stuff was our personal belongings that HAD REASON to be shipped and not thrown away. So a month and a half and almost 2,000 dollars later. Our family memories are reduced to this review.

They told us they would not insure the shipment and now I see why. You people should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves for the lack of responsibility and accountability for other people's belongings.

I gave you two stars for the fact that our belongings it at least arrived in the city it was supposed to so that I could lay eyes on this absolute abuse of respect. Outside of that... You took my money. You took my stuff. You took our memories. You took our trust.

Paradise Freight count your days! How you all are going to charge people 250.00 in insurance and when the items arrive damage in transit you state that it does not matter if it was insured through you and the consumer is responsible for it? Howwwww? What is insurance then? THAT SOUNDS LIKE INSURANCE FRAUD TO ME. I started with paradise freight from when they began but when businesses grow they forget who helped them get there. They have lost tons of customers and will continue too.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are a bunch of thieves and they prices are ridiculous.

My wife and I left St Croix a few weeks after hurricane Maria and all we had left was 8 small boxes. Everything else was destroyed. I flew back down in December to ship our boxes up to Florida and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to ship something. No one at the St Croix office knows anything. They kept telling me to come back on to talk to the one person that could give me information. It took 4 trips and 3 different days and I still had no info. Then they finally said I can leave it there and it’ll get on the next boat which was my only option at that point as I was leaving the next day. It took 2 HOURS just to drop the boxes off. After that they went silent. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone. I’ve left many messages and emails and still nothing and all I want is some info. It is now the end of January and I don’t know what’s going on. If you’re shipping north DO NOT use this company.

BEWARE, and never go with this terrible company. They completely destroyed my TV that I had just finished paying off. Also, my boxes that had "Fragile" labelled all over them were completely squished in with damaged items. This has to be one of the most unprofessional shipping companies I have ever worked with and will never do business with them again.

STC handled the move from St. Thomas to Miami of my son's truck and mechanics tools. Not only did it take 13 weeks for the shipment to reach Miami, they damaged his truck - $3,400 estimated repairs - they still haven't settled the claim even though their Medley, Fl. manager acknowledged their responsibility.

They are ducking his phone calls, I'm sure, hoping he'll give up trying. Not so. We've filed a report with the Florida Attorney General's office and have now filed a claim with son's insurer.

Don't use St. Thomas Cargo if you want hassle-free service!
