Contacted company to help handle air cargo to local cusp yet on Orlando area. Staff was very nice and helpful arranging. Disappointed in the lack of communication. Driver went to pick up location of cargo, without required documents on that was provided to them. Had to make 2 trips. No communication of the error and the delay in getting delivery completed. Even when delivery was completed. Company did not send email stating it was done. There is a link to track the process. Which I am sure is helpful to some. Would prefer the option to choose the form of communication on transactions. All in all. I would recommend.

A friendly group of people, there was a guy that I'm sure drivers love working for him. I saw him speaking to drivers, was blunt, very fair, but very encouraging. I believe his name was Ryan but he's from the main office so I was told. We need more Ryans in management roles to encourage people, push them to get the best out of themselves instead of nagging people or management being to cocky and arrogant to care about their people. I don't drive for accelerated but I think Ryan is all I needed to see on the type of family atmosphere Accelerated entails. I was overly impressed and I've been driving trucks for over 40 years so it takes alot to impress me.
