Stopped by this hardware store for some supplies for a DIY project. They had everything I needed, and the staff was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction. The store was well organized, and the prices were competitive. I was able to find quality tools without breaking the bank, so I will definitely return.

While their customer service is commendable, their return policy is disappointing and not customer-focused. I purchased a defective water heater, and within a day, my plumber attempted to return it, only to be refused. I was then forced to drive all the way to Doral to exchange the item directly with the manufacturer. This process is both inconvenient and unreasonable.

I will no longer shop at this store. In the future, I’ll choose Home Depot, where I know returns are handled efficiently with just a receipt.

Ace hardware is my to go place when i need hardware and a great customer service experience. Im a housekeeper and this is the only place where i can find the kind of mop i use. Convenience and great customer service are the magic combination that makes me come back o er and over.

I needed an oil based spray paint and latex gloves. They had it and tons more. This store is a lot bigger then it looks from the outside. Friendly staff.

Store closed one hour before posted time. Knocked on door and employee refused to help me and another customer. Claimed they were under holiday hours that was posted to begin TOMORROW!! Wasted trip. Had ro drive to Home Depot. Making it difficult to support small businesses.

Very helpful. As soon as I walked in, they asked if I needed help. Very well organized. Plenty of parking. The store is not visible from the main street, but as you go into the shopping center you see it in the back.

I cannot thank the amazing staff at ACE enough. My car window was smashed in a parking lot near the store. I had to drive a few hours home and they helped me pick out all the right stuff to seal my window and keep my car save during the raining ride home. One of the staff even stayed out to tape the window himself, and it lasted through hurricane Ian! What great people. Thank you so much!
