I was very surprised by this place. Fast service, no lines, and delicious, healthy food. They even had a fun server robot! The only downside is that, since it’s fast service, you can’t really customize ingredients or order something different from the menu.

I had an amazing breakfast at Carrot Express in Pinecrest, and the Jessie Bowl was a standout! The combination of scrambled egg whites, avocado, kale, sweet potato, feta, and a touch of lemon dressing was both delicious and satisfying. Food is good and fresh. Their carrot cake is out of this world. One of the very best ever had. But what we go for the most is their acai bowl. Full of all kinds of fruit goodies.. there is no pic as we eat it too fast. Their falafel wrap is also delicious. The waiter robot is cute but you need to grab your food quickly

I had to go back a second time on my trip to Miami the food was so good! They make healthy food taste delicious. The smoothies and breakfast bowls were especially fresh and filling for those hot days. Great staff too!
