This used to be my favorite mailing place because they had the nicest lady working there....not anymore! On January 31st I went there to mail items to the internal revenue service and I required receipts. The young lady behind the counter within the first 10 seconds of me being there stated that I seemed tense and she was not having a good day and she wanted to know if I wanted to get through this or not! I composed myself, kept my mouth shut and finished my business. I took pictures of my mailing labels for my own benefit. I figured well maybe she was just having a bad day. We all do. Today, my husband, the most polite man in the world,went there to return Comcast equipment. She was equally as rude to him. The Comcast equipment also required a receipt, but their printer ink was low or malfunctioning. This sent the girl into a complete meltdown, she screamed at my husband. Why did we need a receipt! He couldn't get out of there quick enough. Owner of the store. I don't know who you are, but you need to replace this girl before you lose all of your business! I've been using your store for many, many, many years and I've never had an unpleasant experience until recently and I won't be back as long as she's working there.

Complete lack of customer service and civility. The woman behind the counter was obnoxious and actually escorted my wife out of the store when she questioned why it cost $15 to post a USPS box that costs $10.65 at the post office. If I owned that franchise I'd fire that woman.

I was just in to mail a package and had THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD at any business or store. Ms Erin Smith was friendly ,helpful and informative on her products. She was hustling, doing the work of 2-3 employees, with a smile on her face. I sure hope her manager appreciates her hard work and cheerful way with the customers .

Came in Saturday morning to return things from Amazon. Not sure how to get labels. I do not have printer. Amaya was very helpful in helping me printing out correct labels while multitasking with other customers. She’s a very valuable employee and great attitude with a smile👍Worth her weight in gold🙏

Erin is amazing. After having a terrible experience with another Shipping Company as well as the DHL location itself, I called Omni, and Erin convinced me she could get my package successfully to China, which has extremely stringent restrictions. She spent a ton of time helping me to ensure every detail was perfect, and she seemed happy to do it. I can't think of anything that would have made my experience better, and I can't recommend the store or Erin highly enough.

Hands down THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE !! 5 stars aren’t nearly enough to offer the PackageHub Business Centre that’s located on McGregor Blvd in Fort Myers Florida. Ms. Erin Smith is a rockstar.
Their business motto, “Super-Star Customer Care—we focus on saving you time and money by ensuring you get the right products and services at the right price—in a single, quick visit”. Is absolutely correct! All of those points were spot on with such a friendly and welcoming attitude. Erin deserves a medal of excellence in customer service!
