Good service. I needed a small trailer for one day. The young woman on duty was very helpful in selecting a motorcycle trailer. The desk agent was polite and efficient, wrote the contract quickly,radioed to the back, and the trailer tech got me hooked up and on the road in no time. The trailer return was also just drop and go, while I stayed in my Jeep.
I rented again in two days and the owner wanted personal contact info for an emergency contact, and took photos of my driver's licence and seemed like he expected me to have a reservation, even though they had two of those trailers just sitting there.
I' m local, have a commercial driver's licence and excellent credit, but I got the feeling that walk in customers without a reservation aren't
welcome. Regardless of that I received good, fast service and I would recommend renting equipment there.

We just pulled a 12 x 6 U-Haul trailer coast-to-coast with no issues. The U-Haul center had just installed new tires on the trailer, which was much appreciated considering how far we were traveling. The front office personnel were very personable and knew exactly what we needed for a successful trip. Thanks U-Haul!

Honestly the worst customer service experience ever! Went in to purchase some packing supplies and the owner James Burgess was the rudest person and I literally can't believe that he is still in business. He was put off by asking a simple question of where an item was located and then verbally berated me for moving one of his boxes. Totally unacceptable and looking at the reviews on Yelp I am not the only one to experience this type of treatment.

The mover help crew was a great addition to your services, we were moved into our apartment with heavy furniture within 2 hours. This service was priceless, thank you for offering this service it really made our move special this time!!

Honestly if I could put zero stars, I really would. I donāt even know where to start with all of this. When I first came in saying I wanted a rental, the āownerā was taking care of us and had the WORST customer service ever! Attitude all the way, didnāt care how he spoke to me and my boyfriend, and would even talk down to other women that came in with an attitude. I had put my boyfriend down as an emergency contact and they refused to let us have a rental bc he owed an āoutstanding balanceā due to a accident that happened a YEAR AGO and was told he is āgood and doesnāt owe nothingā basically waited a whole year to tell us he owed them $150 all of the sudden. Keep this mind we are both young adults, trying to start our lives, and in the process of moving. $150 is a lot to ask for when we are trying to make our ends meet. Why wait a whole year to say he owed something? Or even worse lie to him and said heās good, doesnāt have to owe anything, and say it wonāt be coming back up to ābite us back in the assā. Like I said before, the worst thing about this was really the owner having horrible costumer service and just talking to us like we are stupid. We highly donāt appreciate it and wish we would of picked a different company. Ontop of that, the owner took a whole hour of our time and instead of extending the hour he wasted, we felt pressure to still return it at the original time we had (which made us have almost 2 hours with the truck, not 3-4). Nobody should leave a company upset or pressure trying to get business done. Hopefully itās better next time but I do know for sure, I would like to see if thereās another truck company I can work with. Which sucks bc ever since I was a little girl with my family, we would ALWAYS use u-haul. Maybe change the owner of the u-haul we went too or take him to a class to have better costumer service skills.

Excellent customer service very respectful, Michael was very helpful arrangements were kept and on schedule, James greeted me and was polite and helpful aswell.
Store was clean and everything was easy to find.

All I did was move a washer and dryer and the guy who checked me in put a $25 cleaning fee and didnāt say nothing to me I went and got my printed receipt and I went back in talked to the girl there was useless didnāt want to get out of her chair then the other coworker was listening to me and said he would take care of the $25 and refunded it. The interior of the truck was not even clean when I got it I will never recommend or rent a truck from that location

This U-Haul location by far is the best I have been to. They have everything you could possibly need for moving supplies and videos. I needed a hitch put on my car. It took time to get in but the installer did a fantastic job. My car was done right and professionally. Cudoās to U-Haul in Ft Myersās!
