I was charged for additional fuel after telling one employees that on my paperwork it was showing almost full and reality it was 3/4 of a tank full. I will be going to the facility this morning and speaking to a manager and showing him the picture as proof because one of his employees told me that it was full and I kept telling them to look again I didn't want to tell them that they were actually blind so I took it this way but I will be back showing the manager the picture that I took before leaving the facility showing the mileage and where the needle actually was. Here are the pictures of before I left and how I put the fuel back to exactly where it was.

While the truck was high mileage, it was clean and performed well for my local needs. Every U-Haul employee that I encountered at this location was excellent and helpful. I’ve posted many reviews about other businesses and terrible service. This U-Haul location really stood out for every employee being accommodating to my last minute needs and attentive. The U-Box team here was the best.

Both the front desk guys and the guys from the back dealing with storage are excellent outstanding guys! I just moved here from California and they were super helpful and made the transition so much better! This specific location have some good people! What a great experience! I looked into a lot of storage spaces before I came to this one and I got to tell you, most of the other ones are run by Nazis. All kinds of crazy ass rules and don't listen to a word you have to say. Most of them seemed like they didn't want my business at all. What a different situation when I walked into U-Haul on Colonial boulevard. The staff was super helpful and knew what they were talking about, and I kind of knew what I wanted to do and I explained that to them They told me about the standard sort of rules that govern most of these places, and they are pretty standard. However, this place they were very friendly about it and not at all Nazi like. This place is open from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. at night which is an hour earlier than every other place I've been to and as late as any of the places I've been to. I didn't have to pay a deposit. I don't even think I paid for a lock, although they gave me one. Again I'm not sure that is standard. I'm not sure if I was charged for it but I think I just paid the first month's rent and they told me when it would be due again and it was reasonable. And that kind of experience always happens from the top down. Although I didn't meet him, the General Manager's name is Greeg and I don't remember his last name. But kudos to him for running a top notch group of people. I got one of the units in the Max security section which is really cool and all brand new. You check in and check out with a swipe card but nobody's up your butt the whole time. It has a super nice restroom and whole facility is just very clean and quietly well run. There's carts and stuff to help out if you need it and there's a whole inside weatherproof unloading area in case it's raining or whatever. They all get 5 Stars from me. Staff is helpful without getting in your way, the facility is gorgeous, clean and secure and the prices are just as good as anywhere else in the area. 5 of 5 Stars. Highly Recommend.

They marked the gas tank full but when I went to pick up the truck,it was half a tank, then they reported to corporate HQ that they had to replace my equipment (when that never happened) 😭 THERE'S A BIG SCAM GOING ON IN THIS LOCATION, AND THEY'RE USING PEOPLE'S CARDS OR CHARGING YOUR CAR FOR AMOUNT YOU NEVER OWED AND WITHOUT PERMISSION... IM GONNA BLOW YOUR COVERS, THE LADY AND THE GUY WITH DREADLOCKS IN THAT OFFICE ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED. THEY'RE CHARGING MY CARD AS OF RIGHT NOW AND IM TAKING MY CASE TO CORPORATE AND OR MY LAWYER! 😲😞 😡 I got more receipts btw... U messed with the wrong one.

Very satisfied. We were scared because we read previous reviews and people were reporting that they were charged the incorrect amount, but we were charged the correct amount and we didn’t have any issues.
