I sent express mail from here with tracking and signature required on a Monday, by Tuesday it showed arrival at the distribution center in Texas. By Friday it still hadn’t moved. I went to the main post office at Paige Field. They told me pack and send was a contractor for mailing and could charge what they wanted. I paid $46.00 twice as much as Paige Field. I went back to Pack and Send to check. Arlene told me she would check and call me later which she did. I was told the package was still there and they were backed up because of bad weather. I was concerned because I mailed passports. By Monday, I realized by checking my bank statement the check was deposited at the final location, but the tracking still showed at the distribution center. I went back to tell Arlene but offered no refund for poor service nor my 2 day promise . Lesson learned never use these contractors for important mail. In fact next time I’ll use FedEx or UPS.

I went in to ship a small package and was approached by a kind employee. However, she didn’t seem very knowledgeable about shipping to overseas military addresses. For example, not all packaging requires rounding up for shipping costs based on size. She initially quoted me $105.00 for priority shipping, which I knew was inaccurate. Shipping to military posts is always sent via priority mail, never ground. When I asked for clarification, it was clear she wasn’t familiar with the process.

I also expected, as I have in the past, to simply have my customs barcode scanned and printed without needing a new label created. Ultimately, I paid $34.00 for priority shipping—much less than what I was originally quoted at the USPS location. While the service was friendly, the lack of expertise made the experience frustrating.

I have been a loyal customer of Arlene’s for many, many years, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional every single time. Recently, Arlene went above and beyond to assist me with an insurance claim. Her dedication and commitment ensured that the claim was fulfilled smoothly, a task that would have been daunting without her expertise and support.

I am forever grateful for Arlene and her incredible team. Their professionalism, kindness, and unwavering dedication to their customers and the community are truly remarkable. In a world where good service is rare, Arlene's location stands out as a beacon of excellence.

From this point forward, I will not go anywhere else except this location. Thank you, Arlene, for everything you do. You have a customer for life!

If you bring your packages here. Make sure they are taped up and ready to go.
If you let them tape it up for you stay and make sure your items stay in your package!!! I am pretty sure the woman stole a ring ($25/$30) out of my package I was sending to a girlfriend of mine. When my friend got the package she thanked me and listed everything that she got in the package… all besides the ring… I then thought could it have fallen out? Possibly, but I then remembered I had pack and send tape up the box( because I didn’t have anymore tape.)&left before the package was taped up… Silly me, & shame on pack and send.

I’ve lived in this area and used this store to ship packages and also to get things notarized , but today was the last day . The owner has always been very nice , however today I went to mail something simple and the cost was only 2$ and something . I asked the guy ringing me up was it ok to use a debit card for that amount and he said yes . Some woman with long gray hair who I guess worked there too was leaning on the counter and says to me ā€œyeah but you shouldn’t ā€œ I said what ? She said it’s going to cost them more in processing fees then you are spending . I show her my wallet and say well I have no cash so what She says she’s not trying to be mean but they (the owners im assuming ) are too nice . Yes. They are nice people and that’s why I have been a customer for 6 years but not anymore . The owner was standing right there on the phone and heard the whole thing . She looked somewhat apologetic and the guy ringing me up looked embarrassed. I already hate having to send out returns anyway , I do NOT appreciate being berated while using a service they OFFER . If this is a problem , make a SIGN and make it a POLICY like a NORMAL business !! Let me know what the processing fee is , I will gladly go to the ATM and drop it off to you . And I hope whoever this god awful person in your store was is not there anymore after this .

Fabulous place! We swung in here to mail some stuff home while on vacation. Arlene was very pleasant and very competent. She even let me exercise my inner control-freak self and let me add additional tape to the box. The box arrived today exactly as scheduled. You can’t ask for anything better than that.

I've had to deal with this store for many years and every time, I get the feeling that they hate their customers. There's a woman at the front desk with a "can't do" attitude. It appears she wishes customers would just leave. They should not be working with human beings. No customer service skills are evident.
