I ordered 2 small deep dish pizzas, a small round pepperoni, a ham and cheese deli boat, and a salad. I was quoted a 20 min pickup. I arrived right on time to be told it would be another 20 minutes. After an hour, I asked about my order. They finally figured out they had separated it and it was done. They handed me 3 pizza boxes and a salad. I told them I was missing one. We figured out they forgot to make one of my small deep dish. I was told they would be glad to make me another one. I said I didn't have time to wait as it had been an hour and 20 min for PICKUP. I can understand delivery but not for pickup. I was then told I could get a coupon for a free small deep dish later. I told them I just wanted a refund. They gave me one. When I got to our house, everything was cold. I have eaten Jets pizza all over U S. I will never eat the one in Ft. Myers again. Their manger needs fired and their owner needs to get someone capable to run his pizza place. I was only one of several people who got their food wrong and everybody was way over their quoted time. I know things get crazy busy right before Christmas but that service was ridiculous. They could have quoted me an hour and I wouldn't complain about the time. I know that they didn't do this because they know some people won't wait. Piss poor management. While I was waiting they ran out of large deep dish dough and were going to run out of small deep dish before too long.( they had 12 left) Again that comes down to management.

We love the pizza. The deep dish is delicious and always cooked thoroughly. Other places that have deep dish is undercooked a lot of the time. We also love their bbq chicken pizza!! We get so tired of all the big chain pizza places and this is the best alternative we’ve found.

This is probably one of the best quick order pizza places I've ever been to. The pizza was wonderful, with a great thick, crispy crust and plenty of toppings and cheese. The service is as to be expected in a fast food joint, but was professional.

Best pizza we've had in Ft Myers. Always hot and fresh. We've always ordered takeout so I can't comment on the atmosphere. We have other places that have higher ratings, but Jets surpasses them all! Yet to find a better pizza.

Last two times we ordered the Hawaiian pizza that has bacon on it, you must have changed the bacon. It's been hard to the point that some pieces could break someone's tooth. I love your product, but until you change the bacon, I'll stick to pepperoni mushroom and onion. Your product is great but you got to change that bacon

We go to Publix looking for Dijorno Detriot style pizza, they don't carry it, so we get Jet's Pizza, it is Great!
