The owner of this company is THE WORST! I highly recommend you taking your money and packages elsewhere. I shipped 4 packages back in May 2020.. it is October 2020 and I still have no package where is is supposed to go and/ or no money returned to me. The owner refuses to answer my calls or messages and is ignoring everyone trying to contact him in regards to my package. Not professional and not trust worthy! Do not waste your money on this terrible company! He also has a 5 star review written is his name if that helps to show you what kind of company this is..

*UPDATE: We never spoke on the phone to clear this up and I 100% shipped with this company. This response just shows how RIDICULOUS this company is! The BBB has been waiting for a response from you and even they cant get you to answer the phone!

Worse service ever! It took 7 weeks for the box to arrive to its destination. When I paid they said it'd take 4 weeks and I was excited, but then 4 weeks went by and nothing, they kept making excuses, first they said because "Semana Santa" got on the way ( they never told me that it will take an extra week), then the guy told me "we over sold the space in the container" and they had to send my box the following week. The worse part is that they never notified me of any changed, I found out because I asked many times, they kept on ignoring me, so I asked in the SWFL Venezuelan group on WhatsApp if anyone had a different phone number for them, because no one was answering my text, so the guy in charged here in Fort Myers started sending a bunch of junk messages in the group so no one could see that the company was ignoring me regarding my box. Oh and the worst part was that the box look like it was thrown all over. The guy in charge here in FTM told me get a size LG after I send him a picture of all the items I was planning on putting inside the box, now he is calling me cheap because I didn't spend $2 extra to buy a heavy duty box, he never said make aure to buy the heavy duty box. So beside having a horrible costume service they disrespect their clients.

Hace 15 dias llegó mi compra a las instalaciones y esta es la fecha que no se si se perdió, la atención al cliente no da información, ni siquiera he recibido el monto del paquete, absolutamente nada.

Usé los servicio pq me recomendó una persona de confianza, pero prefiero pagar más en Liberty, que al menos te atienden. El número de whatsapp todos los días me dicen que "Hoy le enviamos su factura" ya tengo 9 días en eso y nada

Tenía el peso que requieren las cajas como para que se la reventaran, Porque si no la caja no Sierra. Por la seria responsabilidad que ustedes me habían ofrecido volví acudir a su bueno servicio, porque había quedado satisfecha. Yo confié en ustedes, la cual la caja de 22x22x22 el día 09/17/2020 que envié se perdieron muchas cosas que le envié a mis familiares. Lastimosamente no volveré a enviar con ustedes.
