We have been using Regional Transport for years. They are always able to assist us with the larger shipments that require a flatbed and lull. Don, Susie and Jimmy are always a pleasure to work with. Some of the nicest people.

About a week ago I went tile outlets of America in Fort Myers and purchased material for my new bathroom. The salesperson asked if I wanted the material delivered and I said yes. Tile Outlets recommended regional transport for the delivery. I called regional transport and specifically explained to the call taker that I would not be home for the delivery. I provided the call taker with my sister’s phone number and explained to the call taker they needed to call my sister at least 30 minutes before delivery was made. Today 7/17/2023 my sister texted me to inform me regional transport had already made the delivery and left a pallet full of material in front of the driveway. My sister said the driver did not call her 30 minutes before the delivery was made. I had to take time off from my job to go home and unload the material from the pallet to the floor and then put the pallet inside the garage and load everything back onto the pallet because regional transport did not follow my instructions. I will never use regional transport ever again.
