I had an absolutely great experience with Pack & Ship Express for my shipping needs. Josh was very helpful and prompt in taking care of my items that were very professionally packed and shipped by FedEx ground and everything arrived safely. Aggravating trying to reach these people. They hang up the phone after it rings through. Very frustrating. Didn't even have a human pick up. They just hung up.

Great place. I use them a lot for shipping and never have issues. I walked in for notary services this time and they were happy to help. It was super fast and super simple. I was notarizing law enforcement documents as I am a cop, and they didn't even charge me because they knew I was paying out of my own pocket for this. I can't thank them enough for how helpful and easy to work with as they always are. I wish every business was this awesome to deal with.

If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely the worst service from the person working. FedEx was there, my box packed, my label printed. She insisted it could not go out today because it would mess up their counts. FedEx Express driver in the store said he would take it. The shop person glared at both of us and said I could take it with me elsewhere but it would be in their system and cause their counts to be off. When I politely asked her if there was any way to send it today she refused to look at me and started another project. Obviously they have enough business and won’t miss me ever setting foot back in the store
