I shipped a box on November 21st with the expectation that it would be delivered prior to my arrival on December 18th. Due to the holiday season and prior to the holiday, it came to my understanding that there was a back up at the wharf in Jamaica. I did the door to door delivery and when I arrived in Jamaica, I was on pins and needles that my box had not arrived. I started worrying that it would not arrived before me leaving the Island on December 30th. Needless to say my box was delivered to me on December 23rd. I was so excited and relieved. I’ve been a Caricom customer for many years now and they have not failed me yet. They always deliver exceptional service.

After 2 weeks I will for now ? /// Best door to door shipping company when shipping to Jamaica,in five months, I literally sent 2D box and three smaller D box. I recommend this company any time.

The worst shipper. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. No one takes responsibilities. I sent a box on 9/14 and was told it will be shipped on 9/16. I called the office on 9/19 and someone confirmed it was shipped. I called again Monday 9/26 and was told the box was shipped 9/23 instead. Now I am being told that CARICOM Freight is not responsible for door to door, D Anderson Shipping does the door to door delivery, we were never told that there are two different company. Now on 9/29 my mom is still waiting for the box with her meds. No one returns a call and they don't a working number for someone in Jamaica. The man that name Derrick does not take the call after he knows your number when you call to find about your box. Please please do not use this company for anything, I paid $370 for door to door and my aunt send her stuff after and was able to collect at the wharf before me. The company tells false information and has no integrity.
