AVOID THIS COMPANY. THERE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY PERFORM CONTRACT DELIVERY FOR HOME DEPOT AND I HAVE REPORTED THEM. THEY DROPPED MY SHIPMENT IN MY YARD AND THEN CALLED ME TO SAY THEY DELIVERED. YOU CAN SEE THE FROM THE WEIGHT IN PICTURES, I HAD NO WAY TO MOVE THEM INSIDE MY GARAGE. TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, THE DAY THEY DROPPED WAS MY DAUGHTER'S WEDDING, AND DIDN'T EVEN DELIVER WHEN THEY SUPPOSEDLY SAID THEY WERE COMING. THEY DROPPED IN MY YARD AT 6:15AM WELL OUTSIDE THERE DELIVERY TIME. YOU HAVE BE WARNED** IF THAT ISN'T ENOUGH, THEY DROPPED MY TOOLCHEST OFF THE TRUCK AND DAMAGED IT. I'M NOT GOING TO SAY ANY MORE OTHER THAN I CALLED HOME DEPOT AND THEY ARE MAKING IT RIGHT. I DON'T LIE. SOME OWNER.. I CALLED TO LEAVE MESSAGE NO RETURN CALL.

We ordered a couch from One Stop Bedroom on NOVEMBER 14th and finally just got order received by 3D Delivery Service LLC at Tuesday 11:30 am 1/03/22 and was told it would only take 2-3 business days to get back about our deliver order. I have called personally THREE times, twice on Thursday and once again on Friday and no answer from the business OR even an option to leave a voicemail. So far I am completely un-pleased with this service and the company itself. Just answering the phone itself after two different days of calling is ridiculous. Do not trust this company to get things done on time or even to respond for that matter.

This delivery company went above and beyond to help me with a return to Wayfair! The ordeal took 3 months! Once 3D contacted me, the items were finally picked up (previous companies did not leave a message to identify themselves, so I did not answer the call, thought it was spam!). Then they followed up with me and helped me to finally get my refund! They are the best delivery company I have ever dealt with and I highly recommend them!

I'm rating this place a one... Sorry delivery guys you were great but the dispatcher lied to Amazon... I ordered a treadmill from Amazon set the delivery and all for a Saturday. I get the call from this delivery service asking me to change my delivery date to Wednesday. I said no ma'am I specifically asked for Saturday because I will be available. She tells me we cant do Saturday because her guys are off and have a wedding to attend. I'm thinking to myself how is that my problem. I waited at home all day Saturday for the delivery and then called Amazon around 5pm wanting to know where is my delivery. I explained the situation and she then called the dispatcher and she told the Amazon specialist that they just received the shipment although on the Amazon system it says it arrived the day the dispatcher called me. Needless to say I had to wait until Monday to receive my order. AMAZON IF YOU READ THIS I HOPE YOU RECONSIDER CONTRACTING THIS COMPANY OUT TO FULFILL YOUR CUSTOMERS ORDERS!!!!

Tonya or Tanya was very unprofessional and rude. I had to call the company 3 times and was told by her 3 times I would receive a call back with a schedule pick up time. They never returned my call or scheduled a pick up time. I had to call the Home Depot and get another company to come out. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Excellent Service and communication. Delivered office furniture to our location, called us 3 days prior to setup time and date and driver arrived on time. Was friendly and helped us place it where we wanted.

Attempted to call multiple times to talk about when package would/should be delivered with no response at all. Left voicemails and still no call back. Also they only want to do what is convenient for them and not what the customer originally agreed to.

When Andrew and Ryan arrived, they assessed the situation, organized a plan, and worked extremely hard to get all the items to the (second-floor) room in which I needed them. They were friendly, professional, and courteous!
