Every time we ship via this company, the shipment is delayed due to the staff's lack of competence. If possible, use another shipping company if you want your items to arrive in a timely manner.

This location is very helpful, I had to have a will call for an order our company miss shipped, instead of acting like it was a waste of time and there was nothing they could do, this team went above and beyond to make sure I wasn't sending my will call driver all over the map to pick up! What a great company to do business with.! I've spoken with 3 different women about my shipment and each of them has been so helpful. Of course, I was on the receiving end of a shipment of some large product that I ordered, I didn't contract with them, but still, as a business owner, I know first hand that the people on the other end of the phone line represent the whole company. If they are happy to serve, then that's the company philosophy. What a joy to work with. Merry Christmas to you all and stay healthy!

Ok now, this is a different level! OUTSTANDING! I was there picking up a shipment from a manufacturer, well, at first I was like this is too far away from us but when I get there I just said WOW 😮, customer service like no other, so friendly, attentive staff they even gave me Chocolate, it was like they were waiting for me to arrive and then I move to the dock to actually pick up and the personnel was another level too, chatting with us, asking if we needed help, laughing 😆… from now on, if another manufacturer is sending something to me I’ll be clear: sent it through Southeastern Freightlines, other way I don’t want it!

Absolutely hands down the most miserable experience. This should not be used for residential delivery since their capabilities of driving on neighborhood street prevents them from actually delivering to your house. However, to top it off, as I had to drive to the location to pick up my 200 gallon fish tank, the man was extremely rude and confrontational. As I called the company who shipped the tank, they were extremely supportive and fortunately the tank was not damaged since the driver basically flat out refused to let me inspect my purchase. I did inspect it before he left as we were parked in his way to leave.
