Island express went out of their way to get materials delivered to our hurricane ravaged home on Ft. Myers Beach. They had a 20' long pallet that made loading and unloading extraordinarily difficult. They made a special trip on Sunday and worked tirelessly for our an hour and were kind and generous beyond belief. I owe Island express a debt of gratitude for their extraordinary efforts. People like this are a bright spot in dark days. Thank you so very much!!!!

This by far is the WORST delivery I have every had !!!! I am retired military and I have moved all over the world with many different cultures, situations, and companies, and not one of my deliveries were this bad!!
The driver shows up with the box basically open with one staple holding one end closed. Further, the driver did not seem to care and was only interested making his next delivery. When I called the Island Express Corporate Office they appeared to have a similar position "Get it off the truck and take no responsibility for how the product was delivery".
