I ordered the “Pumpkin Dream Bouquet” to surprise and cheer up my boyfriend since he was having a bad day at work (he loves pumpkins/anything Halloween related). I also saw that same day delivery was available. The order was delivered several hours later and he loved it! I called afterwards to thank the business and the women who answered was so sweet.

The ladies did an amazing breath taking job. It brought tears to my eyes to see the two flower arrangements in person. Efficient, short notice and professionals. Highly recommend and will be our go to florist. The IMSO office and the Buffalo Soldier MC organization thanks you!!!

When the other floral shops cancelled my sympathy arrangement the owner went above and beyond to help. She called her supplier, was able to make a beautiful arrangement, and delivered it herself even though her driver had already made the run to the funeral home that day. I was unable to attend the visitation and funeral due to distance and I really wanted to show my respects in some form. It’s not often someone goes above and beyond to help a stranger, especially since she has to know I’ll probably never have to order from her again as I don’t live in town.

Often times it’s the bad customer experiences that we remember. I’m really appreciative of this excellent one that I’ll carry with me for a long time.

Ordered flowers for my mother in law on Mother's day and specifically said after 1:00 pm they failed to read instructions and tried to deliver them at 10:30 while she was in church left a note told her come get them, but i called again hours ago she reassured me they were on there way now she has waited all afternoon still nothing and 1 paid $100.55.

This was my first time sending a flower arrangement. Online order can be confusing because it didn't tell me about the min $ order for the delivery. However, the florist was able to assist me over the phone to fix my order. She handled the situation very professionally and flowers were delivered on time and looked gorgeous!!
