Updated - the manager contacted and assisted me with my shipment. Understand that they are in their busiest season ( before Lunar New Year) so I changed the ratings.

They take forever to respond to your msg. Never pick up the phone, answer on Fb messenger or even email. Sent my packages there and now cross my fingers and hope it will be delivered to my family in Vietnam.

This Cargo promised to deliver 8 boxes to Saigon within 7-10 business days. After a month, they still not deliver. I tried to contact by phone but never pick up. Then I message them through Facebook many times and they blocked me. Horrible customer service! I highly do not recommend this company to anyone. All they cares is MONEY.

I called the store in Westminster. A Vietnamese lady answered the phone, but she didn't speak a lick of English! If you are going to have a store in the USA then it should be mandatory to speak English!
