I recently sent a package through this store containing a valuable item. The box was sealed when I handed it over, and I informed the staff about the contents, yet they didn’t check it while I was present. However, after I left, they reopened the package without my permission. When the recipient received it, the box had been opened and the seal was missing. Initially, I thought the airline might have done this, but their seal on the outer packaging was still intact. Now, I'm unsure if the item inside is even original. This has been a very troubling experience, and I will not be using their services again.
