We have been renting a space here for over 2-1/2 years. We are on our second RV and rental space. We have not had any negative experience here ever. We do not understand some of the negative reviews left. The space rental cost is fair. The ground is mostly gravel and asphalt. There is no covered spaces, so it does get dusty. The area is protected by chain link fence and barb wire. No storage facility can guarantee absolute safety, but we have not had any issues with theft or damage from unwanted visitors, fellow renters, or critters. The main guy we deal with is Mitchell. He is always very professional, extremely polite, and courteous. (He also has quite a bit of knowledge of 70's rock and roll music.) I often check on our RV on weekends, and every time I have been there, I have seen Mitchell driving through doing safety checks. We have no experience dealing with the owners, but Mitchell can and will answer any questions and handle any issues that may come up. He has always responded to our calls and questions quickly and he doesn't make you feel like you bothering him. He keeps us informed of any issues or upgrades with work around instructions, as well as the hours we can access the rental space that change with the seasons and daylight hours. We have no complaints and we have been very happy here. My wife and I can honestly recommend Central RV Storage as a safe place to keep your weekend toys.

This place is a scam. The guy that runs the business will make every excuse in the world to avoid giving your deposit back. He will say he's on vacation while answering the office phone, blame the owner, and then blame you saying you lost it. Go on Yelp and read all the other reviews. They scam pretty much everyone that makes a deposit. I was hesitant to sign up for this place in the first place based on Yelp reviews but it turns out it be true. Take your money elsewhere.

I have been storing a trailer here for two years. They are very professional and easy to deal with. The lot is easy to get in and out of with clearly marked stalls. Recently, I had an issue that was on my end that they could have charged me a pretty high fee, but Mitchell took care of me quickly at no charge. That was a nice surprise.

Secure with plenty of space. I have had no problems with access except for 2 days ago when the key for the lock on the gate to the yard just did not work (calling about that today) The rate is very fair considering the prices of yards closer to the coast. The main improvement I could think of would be the ability to pay my monthly fees online as opposed to having to drop off a check every month (very archaic these days - but maybe that is in the works)

We have used this facility for our storage for over 2 years and we have been nothing but pleased by the services here. We relocated from out of the area and did a lot of comparison shopping before choosing this location. When we received a small increase to our rent I called all over town to see if I could find better pricing for a comparable space and services and I could not! We appreciate that the access to the facility is shut down after it dark out, because this is when most crimes would occur.
In response to someone else saying that they were charged for a key- Good! you should be! By you losing your key, you are jeopardizing the property of everyone else who stores here by your own negligence.

Have had my RV stored here for years. The Owner Bill and Manager Mitch are great people to work with. They have the lowest rates in town and it is just what I need to store my rig. Located right off the 22 fwy and is very easy to get in and out of of.

I called CRVS today to find out specifically what time the gates will be locked for the night. We are paying customers storing property here and wanted to know if we would have time to drop some stuff off and run our generator. I politely asked the manager Glenn what time gates will be locked for the night only to receive the ambiguous answer: "dusk". All throughout the summer the recorded message had been 8 pm. I figured that it being mid-Sept it may have changed but wanted to be certain. I asked what time that is specifically and had it been changed from the summer hour of 8 pm. He told me "8 pm is more like dark, the gates will be locked at dusk". I asked him again to tell me a specific time to which he replied "I don't know the security company locks the gates". I asked for the number of the security company thinking they might be more willing to give me a specific time. He wouldn't give it to me. At this point I'm realizing that this guy is just being belligerent. So I said "I know you aren't the owner so if you are not going to tell me then I want his number so I can talk to him". He said "I'm not going to give it to you, he will just tell you the same thing". To which I reminded him that we are paying customers with property on the lot. He then proceeds to tell me 7-7:15 pm the gates will be locked and that he told me this already I just don't listen. I'm able to tell you almost word for word our conversation but didn't manage to hear the answer to my simple question! For what reason does the manager of a business need to be disrespectful to a customer? Why did this conversation take place and on such terms in the first place if he already knew the answer? Unbelievable!
