Bobby helped us purchase our 2024 Airstream RangeLine, it honestly has been one of the best experiences ever. He was so helpful in every way possible and I truly feel we not only got our dream camper van but also gained a friend with Bobby! He gave us all kinds of helpful information and support. Just got back from our first trip to a beautiful local RV park that he recommended. We couldn’t be happier with our Airstream and so grateful for the team at Orange County. Eric was wonderful as well, he taught us how to use everything and made it a fun and memorable experience. Candice was great with the financing and good at communicating throughout the process. My husband and I both are so happy with our 16 ft RB Caravel Airstream. Bobby helped us decide our purchase, he truly is an awesome person and asset to your dealership. After our purchase, Eric ( another awesome employee ) walked us through the orientation of our new Airstream. Everything from top to bottom, inside and out, Eric went through everything in detail.

We bought a new Airstream trailer from
Orange County Airstream and we received exceptional customer service. Bobby, a sales person, was wonderful to work with. He answered all of our questions and showed us features when we stopped by the showroom to compare different models. All the while he was professional and did not pressure us into buying anything. Candace in finance was also great as was Erick who gave us a detailed orientation when we took possession of our rig. Overall, we had a great experience with the entire team and look forward to getting our rig serviced here in years to come. We highly recommend that you see Bobby and the team at Orange County Airstream if you’re in the market for one of these beautiful and well made trailers. Our first trip is next week and it will be the first of many.

HORRIBLE experience with Airstream Orange County’s service department.

On January 2, 2025, I brought my RV in for what should have been a minor repair: fixing a sliding power side step that wasn’t working and an awning that kept getting stuck. Since then, I’ve been calling repeatedly to get updates, only to be met with a mailbox asking me to leave my contact information—no follow-ups, no updates, nothing.

Today, I finally spoke with the receptionist, who informed me that all their service advisors have left the company and that a new advisor will start on January 20, 2025. I was told to wait until then for any update on the status of my RV.

This level of disorganization and complete lack of communication is beyond unacceptable. I bought my RV to use and enjoy, not to have it sit indefinitely at a service center without any progress or information.

Airstream is supposed to be a premium brand, but the service I’ve received has been far from premium. I expected professionalism, accountability, and much better customer service. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I strongly advise others to think twice before relying on Airstream Orange County for service.

Our family came in last week about 30 minutes to closing. Scott and his staff never once hesitated to show us any models we wanted to see. He rolled out this “A” shaped cart with like 50 keys on it. It was cute and hilarious. At the end of the evening Scott took over. Never once we felt like we were at a car dealership with pushy sales folks. We told Scott we wanted to get the 22’ Bambi. He says ok let’s do it. The following day we worked with Candice the finance director. Easy to work with and she found a better deal compared to what my bank had to offer. She was quick and thorough with her numbers with no frills and everything was honest. I brought my family to pick up the Airstream. Candice’s hospitality and professional was recognized and we appreciated everything she did for us from popcorn, treats and gifts for the kiddos. Eric was amazing and hilarious giving me the rundown of the Bambi and setting up our ride. We appreciated everything about this OC Airstream family and is glad to be a part of it. We love are purchase and ready to make memories of a lifetime!
