Jorge and Jeff where very helpful and gave us all the info we needed about the storage unit. Jorge took his time and showed us a couple units so we could decide which one we want. There very knowledgeable of there storage facility. Once again both of them gave us good customer service

My unit was broken into through another unit directly behind me (yes, robbed by another tenant). Due to poor interior infrastructure, the perpetrators cut through the top of the drywall and climbed over, and took thousands of dollars worth of valuables, including the last gift I received from my deceased mother. It's a slap in the face when you pay monthly premiums for years all to still have your privacy violated by unscrupulous individuals that were allowed on the property by the very company you invested in. Where is the justice in that? Anyways, hindsight is always 20/20, and I will surely learn from this tragic loss! Thank you for your service, Mini U Storage! I hope you at least find the dignity to do a formal investigation to prosecute these losers and prevent other tenants from mental anguish.
