Friendly staff. But need a lot of time to check in and to much information required. Shipping office located in front of the building. You have park your truck and go all way around. Loading takes around 1-2 hours.

One of the worse experience. The person handling the main service is uncouth and not customer oriented.
Seems to be busy without working.and proudly saying that we aare too busy to attend a customer
I am sorry but if i were your boss i would fire you for saying this. We werent there for picnic.
First of all you kept looking atvus for nearly 35 minutes and then one of your associates tell us that we are supposed to register
Exacly 54 minutes later when i went to ask whats happening she raiaes her voice and had the gaul to say we are too busy to attend
When i raised my voice we were given and answer that someone is looking for our consignment
Yet to get an answer

Drivers be aware, make sure double check your BOL Match with your load . I supuse get Spare parts , they put hydraulic oil ok . Take 5 minutes when sing in check your paperwork ,bad front desk personal bad experience in this place

Poor management
stop at office at the front for paperwork

make sure you have your paperwork printed in hand otherwise they will charge u $25 just for printing

Plz check before backing up on door because some of doors are not working at today's date
