Good food, good environment, but have to ask repetitively for things not provided. I.e. hat with kids meal, straws and lids not stocked. If a kid walks up, the teens ignore and go to the back. Customer service is lacking.

Visted a few weeks ago and had a great experience. Staff was kind, smiling, and were all around pleasant. Service was quick. Kudos on the turnaround!

Previous experience: Have had the same issues on multiple occasions always in the evenings. This time I tried to call in an order, a girl just set the phone down and I waited for 5 minutes. No one came to the phone, so I drive up there, get the usual less than friendly experience at the speaker. At the window, I noticed 2 staff members in the parking lot talking with someone in a car. No one comes to the window until my sandwich is made. One of the staff who was outside put on a headset and processed my order, handed me the bag and closed window. Never said thanks, or any other type of closing. No receipt. This person had on fingernail polish which is a health code violation. In the past, I have noticed staff touching their hair or face while wearing gloves. There is an obvious lack of leadership and standards in the evenings.

I actually had this delivered so I can’t attest to the service or atmosphere. I rarely leave reviews unless I’m really p\ss€d, but this is a good review. The Cuban is AMAZING! Be sure to get extra napkins (it’s very juicy) and then just enjoy!! Well done, Firehouse. I have a new favorite ❤️

We really like the taste of the Firehouse Sub sandwich. It has always been our favorite sub shop in Cullman and in our travels. My wife's favorite is the Hook and Ladder while mine is the Italian. The reason for my 3 rating is that the meat content on my sandwich is just a fraction of what it used to be. My feeling is if the cost of the ingredients has increased, please dont reduce what goes on the sandwich. lets just raise the price and give the people what they came in for. All of the other ingredients on the sandwich were fresh. We always get the medium combo, which is 2/3 of a foot long, and comes with your choice of chips and drinks, and of course, a pickle slice is always included. The store employees were polite and did a good job.

I didn’t want to leave a negative comment but I read some of them and it seems like I’m not the only person to be displeased.
I am a regular through the drive thru but the girls working there are rude. I have never heard thank you from any of them. Not when they take your order. When you get to the window they just open it and tell you what you owe. Give your card back and close the window. Whoever brings it to the window just hands it to me and closes the window. No thank you and all around poor attitude.
Maybe the manager needs to teach his employees how to treat customers!

AMAZING! THIS PLACE IS GREAT! They have awesome food, and the employees were super nice. I love that they give kids fireman's hats. My son (whom is Autistic) was on top of the world with his hat. Thanks for being NICE to him. I would give y'all 10* if I could.
