You call or message them through WhatsApp they don’t answer. The driver was supposed to come twice and I left work for him to arrive late and I had to leave. Then I ask several times to see if I could schedule a time or day and he just kept saying he doesn’t know yet until the day of? They literally expect to call you whenever they feel it and you HAVE to get home? I work a 9-5 and he keeps telling me he can’t give me a time? I tell him I have 5 boxes in the Roswell area and he just says I’ll talk to you later? Good luck doing business with these guys.

Solano shipping, it’s a company that should not be doing business in the US. They have the same poor work ethics as Dominicans back home
it was a nightmare doing business with them. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau. They should be stripped off their license

Horrible service, irresponsible, liars, here in the US, like in the Dominican Republic. Nobody shows their face, communication is non-existent. Companies like this should be closed.😡

Solano deserves 5 stars. I sent two large boxes with them (rice and cooking oil included). The staff is courteous and professional (from the lady on the phone, to the drivers that came to our home). Two gentlemen came home, took my boxes, processed my payment here in my home - I paid cash and they gave me a digital receipt on the spot (along with a hard copy they printed right on the spot with mobile printer!). They gave me the date the container was scheduled to leave, and exactly two weeks later, my boxes were delivered with care. I highly recommend and will happily use their service again. I recommend you do business elsewhere!!!

I should’ve read all these reviews before doing service with them. Terrible experience when my shipment was being delivered they do not communicate between themselves and did not have any records or way of verifying that I have paid for my shipment here in the US.

I have tried to call them many times, and no one picks up the phone for days. My family had to figure out how to get money to pay them again for the boxes to be delivered. It was a traumatic experience for them, and I truly believe they should be sued for this type of Trauma they have caused.
If you don’t know how to run your business I can give you some advice.

Truly sad this is how it’s been for so many costumers.

Worse experience ever. They don’t speak English. Customer service horrible. The owner does not answer the phone no text message, impossible to speak to any one. My products is still with them in DR can not find anyone to update me. I will file a complaint with Better Business Bureau. They should not be in business.
