This is a family business and the owners are very friendly and professional. I have used them for a long time and my packages always get to the destination within the time they tell you. Sometimes the packages might be delayed at customs, one or two days during certain times of the year but at the end they always meet the expectations. None of my packages have ever been tampered with neither I have lost anything. Please be aware that this is not FedEx or UPS where your packages arrive within one or two days. For that you have to pay a lot of money. This is a different service where you pay an average of $3.00 a pound including the fees and taxes (it could be more if you are shipping expensive items) which is not bad for safe service that delivers your packages in about 8 business days. I will continue to use them as long as I live in Atlanta and they stay in business.
Be also aware that one of the young owners, Rodrigo, was killed about a year ago just for getting into the wrong drive way by a senseless, callous ex-cop, who did not even apologize in court and was only convicted of a minor offense. He is white and the death person a Hispanic. Rings the bell?

Shipped 5 boxes in October and can not track. No record they say. Be careful with this company. I shipped christmas gifts and still not get. How do I recover.
