Website talks about special pricing and half price off first month rent but when I went into the store I was told that only applies if they have a lot of available units. Per the onsite manager that doesn’t apply to this site because they are a max capacity

I wouldn’t give this storage company any stars if that was an option. I trusted this storage company with ALL my belongs because I was moving out of state, I put everything I owned into this storage unit. I had a ship container that I was told that it was completely sealed nothing would be able to get into my unit. When I came back to get my stomach my storage unit was completely damaged due to rats, over 10,000 worth of damages. I talked to the district manager and their corporate office, only to be told to bad that’s on you. They wouldn’t even reimburse me for all the months I paid them for the storage unit. I entrusted them, I gave them everything I own expecting it to come back in the condition I left it in, only to go see that ALL my belongs were damaged because of their negligence, and them not wanting to compensate me for ANYTHING! This place is a scam and a horrible place to storage anything unless you truly do not care what happens to it. 10 out of 10 do not recommend this place. You’re better off selling your stuff before using this storage facility.

This is the worst place to go. They have rats damaging and infesting all belongings. Aside from that the people at the front are horrible people if you have colored skin do not enter this place. You will not be treated well.
