Recently signed up for a small storage unit. Storage facility manager Lakisha was very welcoming, friendly and walked me through the entire process, as well as showed me the different unit sizes.

My experience was perfect. Although the unit i chose requires a ladder to access it, the challenge wasn't that bad. It was actually pretty easy to transport my items into the unit.

I would recommend this facility to others looking for reasonable prices, good location and great customer care!

The customer service was excellent the manager La keysha Turner provided excellent customer services as a great concierge of this storage company . She made it easy and made my first experience great and inspirational . She related to my daily struggles as a mother of special needs. Great renting experience!

Update: 3/14/24

THIS STORAGE FACILITY HAS ROACHES! I started my rental with Devon Self Storage in early February. I just recently moved to the area, and I needed a secure place to store some belongings while waiting to get the keys to my place. Fast forward a month and a half later, I stop by my unit after work to grab a few items and I find a roach crawling over my boxes (see attached video). I contacted the property manager the following morning and they informed me that the roach could have came from one of the restaurants nearby. Despite the circumstance, the manager on duty was very helpful in assisting me with going through all the boxes to make sure nothing was contaminated/infested. However, this was an extremely unpleasant experience. I paid for safe, secure, and most importantly: CLEAN storage. I did not feel safe bringing certain valuables home with me, so I unfortunately had to throw away quite a few items. No partial refund was issued. Very disgusted with this entire rental. Before starting a rental, I urge you to think about yourself in this situation. Imagine unknowingly taking home your personal items filled with roaches. Your valuables are ruined and now you have a potential infestation you’re taking back home with you. Do not rent here!!!!

I was having a bad day from moving among some other things and when I called the office to get some information it stated with her voice it was so pleasant and beautiful I told her she made my day I must come in and meet her Then when I came into the office she’s just so Happy to help! Omg let me tell you if you are looking for a clean storage look no further! And the manager Lakeysha is amazing. I came in looking for a unit and she went straight into looking for what I needed. She goes above and beyond when she told me she had just started there you wouldn’t know it with talking to her, she very knowledgeable about her job and very serious about it.
