Courtney was amazing and very helpful!! We booked a storage unit for an Expo in town a year and half ago. Needing to close and move out, we forgot the combination to the lock. After verifying us with some information, she was able to cut our lock off and take care of the move out paperwork with us. Will definitely recommend this place and/or be using them again. Very clean facilities as well!

I’ve had a storage unit with Secure Space for several years. I don’t usually post but I would like to mention the great customer service by Courtney, who works in the office. She is always very pleasant, super helpful and an absolute sweetheart if I ever need any help in regards to my storage unit. It’s very refreshing to have a person who is happy to help when needed. Came in from out of town and needed storage unit for Motorcyle and did some Google searches and found facility. When I was on way I called and talked Courtney to confirm hours and move in process and she was extremely helpful and provided great customer service and made me feel wanted to be a customer something that is not common every where. Courtney and the manager here were super nice and on top of everything. I stored an expensive vehicle here and they set me up right next to a camera and lights and contacted me for any little thing they spotted different. They drive around the facility to check in all the time. Very easy to work with both of them and helped with getting my car moved out even after they closed for the day.

I found SecureSpace in Milpitas online after searching for storage space to keep company records offsite. Courtney followed up promptly after I entered my contact information and space needs. Setting everything up was seamless and stress free. I stopped in to provide verification that I am who I said I am 🙂. Courtney greeted me at the desk and walked me through the process, and introduced me to the site manager Hasan. Once we dispensed with the paperwork, Courtney grabbed the golf cart and walked me though the key pad for access, and drove me to where the storage space was located. The overall space is quite large with many storage units, but is kept very clean and orderly. Both Hasan and Courtney were very pleasant to speak with and very knowledgeable about the operation. I give it 5-stars!

Courtney was a super star! She helped me cut off my lock when I forgot my key and had already picked the U-Haul up. Staff is great - location and storage is convenient!
