Bay Area Storage has been extremely easy to work with. Clean, safe and well managed. The people in the office and on the phone have been very pleasant and friendly, especially Uriel Rodriguez who helped me out with a lock for my unit.

We have had nothing but good experiences since our organization starting using this storage facility. we started out with a small unit and have recently expanded which was extremely easy because staff is responsive and friendly. Pricing is fair help, staff support and communication is easy, and overall quality of experience is good.

Friendly communications, prompt action, and very lenient with my mistakes. I missed payments a couple of times when traveling caused my credit card to cancel (and thereby caused my auto-pay to break), and they just sent me an email in each case with a friendly reminder. There were no ramifications. Also, when I had to move out via hiring movers and not being there to oversee it myself, they really bent over backwards working out a solution for me to get the key to the unit, welcome the drivers, and run the final check for me. Wish all storage facilities were this awesome.

Impeccably clean facility with convenient freeway access. Managers are kind and responsive. Rates creep up, but that's normal and does make you think if you need all that stuff. Finally downsized, cleaned out, and terminated the contract after 20 years.
