The storage itself is fairly nice, and offers what you would expect from wine storage, but the issue is the rent increases. For the first couple years, these were reasonable, but my unit rate went from $32 to $44/month this past January (up from $25 in 2020). At this increase rate, the rent will be more than my collection is worth. While I understand that market rates change, for existing customers, this is a pretty poor experience. For the price of rent to the end of the year, I could now buy a good wine fridge.

Facilities are very nice, but prices skyrocketed over the span of 1 year. Customers who had been faithful clients for >5 years were completely priced out.

Just moved in. They made it very easy, gave me the cases, very friendly. However, beware, that their 40 case locker will only store 24 cases that they give you. 40 cases means the very small ones. I have larger bottles, Bordeaux/Champagne and this means, less space. Not their fault thou. It turned out perfect for me.
