At this business, the workers are all very friendly. They quickly attend your needs. I can take my packages, make copies, or get a document notarized. I tried coming to this location out since it was the closest to me but every time I go in they always help other costumers before me. I have no problem waiting in line for my turn but when it is they don’t help me until what I’m guessing their regular costumers have been helped. They seem nice to their regular customers but irritated by new ones. I would recommend getting more help so all the people coming in don’t have to be pushed to the end of the line after getting to the front.

Wonderful store, wonderful workers with cheap prices! Unless ststed otherwise they can do pretty much anything for you mail wise and they also Print and Copy documents for you! They are life savers and will forever have my business till the day I'm gone

First and last time I do service there. Sent a package out, it got lost (FedEx confirmed with me). Seems like the old lady Colleen, didn't like that I ask for a refund. They always say they're going to call back, but don't. 2 months later still no money back.

I drop packages off to be shipped from here multiple times a week. They are vey friendly people. I never have any problems with my packages. Also a good place to go if you need something faxed.

The Lady who helped me out was so nice. It was my first time returning a shipment. I had no clue how I was going to return this very big package. I don't care what anybody says. That worker is awesome.

Very horrible experience. Not to mention my husband and I caught the person picking up the packages, tossing/throwing them in her trunk. We tried to return a package from this location, but it's been hell since 9-28. The person who was supposed to receive the package still hasn't received it. This lady keeps giving us the same response, "I will handle this." It still hasn't been taken care of. We called her today and she hung up on us because we told her that this was unacceptable. Very unprofessional and bad for business.
