Their outstanding quality of the service really exceeds our expectations. We will definitely recommend their service to anyone. We will call them for another service whenever we would need it again.
The quality of Baroza Transport's service is supreme. We tried their cleanup serve the first time in November 2023. After they finished the cleanup project and we saw the amazing great quality, we gave them another project in December 2023.
Their quote was also very reasonable based on the large quantity of the trash, garbage, abandoned construction materials, broken furniture, and junk cars. We are very satisfied with their service and couldn't really ask for more.
These two projects happened during winter time. We got some rainy days, wet, and cold. They came with their big smiles and their bright energy. They moved in their excavator, dump truck, sorted out various garbage, and hauled them away.
The staff was very professional, paid attention to details, very easy to communicate with. They listened to all our concerns, followed and implemented these instructions cleanly and effectively. Their manager, Anthony Baroza was very responsive and he answered phone calls, texts, emails timely.
Their invoice system was also very user friendly. They used online billing so you could see the original quote and asked any questions online. If you agree with their quote, the invoice would be issued online. It was a very user friendly quoting and invoicing system.
Their contract language is very fair and the contract documents their responsibility clearly. We had our legal volunteer to review the contract and there was no concern or any unfair language hidden.
We would really want to rate their service 6 stars out of 5 because they really exceed our expectation in every possible way.
