I have rented A storage from here for almost 4 years now & I do not have 1 bad thing to say about this place! Dawn in the Office is AWESOME, she is always very nice & helpful. If I call & have to leave A message Dawn always calls me back. Me stuff has always be safe & secure. GREAT PLACE TO STORE YOUR STUFF!

Very clean storages. Great customer service. I can call and leave a message and I know my phone call will always be returned. I feel safe that my things will be protected as my unit is alarmed. Best place to rent from!

I have been renting a storage unit here for over 10y...
Recently having life difficulties. So my whole life has been placed into this unit that I faithfully pay for. If I am spending more time gathering my necessities than they "allow".
1 hour per visit is what I am told by mgmt.
I get harassed and an earfull of threats of eviction. Every time I am in my unit for close to or longer than an hour.
You'd think they would take it a bit easier considering there is no possible way anyone can stay past hours of operation. Since the security gate absolutely prevents it. They can see my unit on security camera. Obviously I am not trying to hang out here. Just working on organizing my belongings and or selling items. Which means I must pull the item (s) out of the unit. To take pics of them for sales purposes. What a pain in the neck the woman is to me. Its my stuff that I have paid for and kept paying to store here. Oh, & they suddenly notified me of another monthly rental price hike.
It jumped from 45 to 55 in the last year or two... Now they have raised it to $70.
I'm very curious to know if anyone else has received this price gouge as well?
I AM NOT COMMITTING ANY CRIMES.
NOR HAVE I EVER, OR DO I INTEND TO LIVE IN, OR SLEEP IN MY UNIT IN THE FUTURE. WTH?

This place is safe secured clean and dry through the whole winter. We have rented for almost five years never had a problem. Great customer service five stars.

Best storage place in town clean great security great hours for going in and out Dawn the secretary is one of the nicest ladies she always has a smile and she's very helpful whenever I've had any questions I would highly recommend this storage facility it's the number one in Mendocino County and Dawn has been a big part of making it the best🌷
