No recomiendo este servicio, a la hora de entrega llaman a los familiares para decir que si pueden recoger el paquete a 3 horas o más . No lo hacen en la dirección que uno les da aún teniendo acceso a carreteras, ponen muchas excusas para no llegar. Sucedió en 2 locaciones con fácil acceso así que no es recomendable porque las personas a veces no tienes autos para moverse y llaman al instante. Antes lo hacían no veo porque ya no
