Came in 10pm for a 11pm appointment for my 1st stop of a partial load. They unloaded me 4hours and I paid Lumper fees , 2 hours later I still didn't get my BOL , more that 6 hours and now I am late for my next appointment. This place have to do better.

Arrived at 5:00 am was greeted by a lovely security guard who put on a dock and told to check in with receiving. Once on a dock, and checked in with receiving it was just waiting on capstone to unload and send lumper fee. 1 hour later I was unloaded. 5 mins later, I was sent the lumper fee. Paid lumper fee. 20 mins later I got my paperwork and left the facility. I'm not exactly sure why there are so many negative reviews but my experience here was tolerable.

Had 3 deliveries, 2 @ unfi GA and last 1 at this location which was only 2 small pallets, got late by an hour and sone minutes from my last drop in Atlanta, they refused to unload the 2 pallets & rescheduled me for 2 more working days!! I even offered to help unload but they refused? screwed my whole week!!

To much playing by capstone workers and hardly no work done. They worry more about impressing the female workers than the actual work. They even got mad and put the last pallet purposely into the trailer with no damage because I complained about the 8 hours they had me waiting to be unloaded. Pallet had 0 damage but refuse to take it because I complained about the excessive delay to unload

I told them I have extra stop 09:00 appointment 80mills away but they keep saying we working.
2nd stop dollar general distribution center so I don't no what time will be get empty here and go to next stop?

If you’re looking for professionalism and a timely service you’ll be disappointed here, every time I have come here it takes over 10 mins just to get someone to answer the little white box at the gate. Once you do get a door, you can’t even get inside without pushing another button and waiting again for the same people who just opened the gate to buzz you into the actual building as if they didn’t know you were coming, not to mention the amount of time it takes to get unloaded…this is a great place to deliver to if you’re running low on your clock and need to sleep cause nothing else happens here in a timely manner.

Place is a joke if you got a hood truck don’t come here parking is impossible because whoever built this place is as incompetent as capstone is. Idc how good the load pays save yourself the headache

Worst you can imagine 9 hours unloading 10 pallets 0 respect disorganized unprofessional and enemy of trucking business
