Had another fantastic experience with Kreations. This time they replaced a cracked windshield on my Transit van and it is better than ever now. Love the team and the quality service.

Their company is great in person and on the phone too but they also have a text alert system that keeps you up to date with progress and timing on your vehicle repairs at their shop. I felt like I always knew what was going on in the process.

Kreations did excellent work on my body repair. My jeep looked like new! They even did a little extra. The reception staff were pleasant when you entered the office. The check-in and pick-uo was very quick and smooth.

This business really saved our trip. We damaged the driver side door to our RV and stopped here to ask if they could repair the damage. We had no appointment for service and simply stopped in unannounced. They repaired the door that morning and got us back on the road! However, more impressive was how kind the staff was to us. What a great business!!! Thank you all!

Very friendly and courteous staff. They made a great effort to make my experience convenient and painless. The work was beautiful and perfect! They even have a notification system that lets you monitor the job progress!

However, if insurance hadn’t have paid for it (another person’s insurance) I might have shopped around or asked for a cash payment discount. Other than that, I’m overall impressed with the workmanship and customer service.

Words cannot express how happy I am with the work done on my van, by Kreations Auto Body.
I know it was a team effort, that made my van look new again. They went the extra mile, which I don't see much of these days.
I want to give a huge shoutout to Ryan, the manager, Kaylin, front desk, Robert, vehicle repairs and Devin, vehicle detail.
I was impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and extreme empathy. Their kindness made me so comfortable, and happy I picked them for my auto body needs. The surprise at the end, took my breath away. They made my wheelchair lift open and close, that was the icing on the cake.
I would totally recommend Kreations Auto Body, to anyone who is looking for "Top Notch" auto body work. They are the best in the County.

My daughter who lives in McKinleyville borrowed my truck and someone backed in to it in a parking lot. Thankfully they left a note. Fortunaly Kreations in McKinleyville is contracted with my insurance Company, AAA. Their customer service and communication from beginning to end was amazing. They also had my truck repaired in less than a week. Highly recommend!
