One of the worst experiences of customer service I have ever experienced. It has incredibly slow people that care very little about the customers. I do wish Delta would start doing live cargo again. If you can use someone else.

Horrible!!!! Unless you have a tiny dog, don’t waste your time. My initial day travel day was Friday, and unfortunately I did not have the acclimation letter, and according to them the kennel was not big enough. Great, I went to take care of the things needed with the vet and got the largest kennel that they accept. Went back today, Tuesday and the same lady told me no, because my dog was too tall and long? She’s a border collie for crying out loud. Furthermore, on Friday they allowed a golden doodle which is clearly bigger than my dog in the same size kennel I had today. I guess it’s based on luck and and race if I’m being totally honest.

They work as needed as long as you are at least 90 minutes before your flight and have all your paperwork. The men are much more friendlier and helpful. Watch out for Regina she is scary.

I appeared to be the only one with a long wait. But I noticed that everyone else was in and out quickly. The staff is friendly and efficient. There is a snack and soda machine and adequate parking.

Even after 3 years with the shipping service, nothing has changed office space got smaller but service still , unbelievable!! Even after 3 years service still hasn't changed but office looks different, much smaller no but service is still poor . Unbelievable The Swissport / American Airline agents we're very unprofessional.They work at their own pace as if they were doing you a favor. My head office are now arranging to ship Parts Delta whose processes are way simpler and customer service is very admirable compared to Swissport / American Airlines cargo agents. I would even go with United Airways just not to go to American,no offense to United Airways. American Airlines / Swissport customer service is terrible to say the least. They need to hire more responsible, hands on ,caring cargo agents with a better sense of professionalism towards their job.This cargo agency will lose a lot of business,now and in the future if this type of service to their customers keeps up. I would not recommend this airline to ship anything.

Even after 3 years this cargo shipping service has not Improved. They've made changes to their office space, which only mean the customer waiting area much smaller now. Besides that, service is still below average. Unbelievable!!
