So we where going to get on the route 1 bus today to take are laundry to go wash it and because we had it on a wheelchair to pack it the lady driver told us we can bring it on the bus but how we supposed to get it to the laundromat if we can't get on the bus with it and our car is broke down we don't have a car right now so we have to use the bus but yes she wouldn't let us on the bus with our wheelchair with our laundry on it because it's in a wheelchair and there was nobody there that needed a wheelchair so why in the heck couldn't we put our wheelchair on the bus to go to our laundry that's the reason why people have problems in there haven't strokes and heat strokes and freaking all kinds of things because people like that won't let you on the bus even though you have the money to pay for your ride I don't think it's fair I think it's not fair at all and I think that the stage should make a stipulations to people that don't have transportation that need to get from one place to another and have no car or nobody to give him a ride so I think that you better Transit should start thinking about everybody not just certain people I don't think they should be able to judge a person they're not God

Very nice staff on duty.
Great rates as well! I'm a regular rider of the buss, and I've made great conversation with drivers, and even old friends who happened to ride the same buss. Keep up the great work everybody! ✌💗💯

Even tho I have used their dial a ride service at all hours of operation during the week,it's always a huge relief to be able to schedule a dial a ride home when it's too late for the regular buses and way to cold and far to walk! For $4.50 and only about 45 mins notice they got me right home safely& I'm very pleased that the service exists!! Tyvm for all the years and drivers and routes that have and will continue to give me excellent,reliable service! (:(:(: my mom,sister,&myself ❤️YCT!

They're very nice and respectful there I went to get my my picture ID so I can go travel on the bus and you need to be careful when you go through there because I got a lot of traffic if you go during the afternoon so yeah they're in a very nice and I gave him props thank you very much for helping me
