Mercy consistently provides the best dispensary experience and truly value their customers. The store is very well organized with clear signage and their products are all marked with pertinent information so you can find exactly what you’re looking for. This goes for the website as well, and online ordering is simple and easy. In addition, the manager Zack reached out to me right away when I noted an inconsistency with their website and did everything he could to let me know I was appreciated as a customer and make things right. He is a great representation of the Mercy brand and is another reason I will always choose Mercy above other dispensaries.

Hands down my favorite dispensary. It’s the best experience I’ve ever had going to one. Everyone was nice and helpful. My first experience was so good. I came back the following day with my wife & dog and just made the day out of it since we live almost 2 hours away. I have to admit. I do have a great dispensary 1.5 mi from my house. But I will be taking that beautiful drive anytime I want the best cannabis I’ve ever smoked in my life. Try the PIE SCREAM 🫠 It’s got 2 Gold medals 🥇 in the 2023 California State Fair.

I’ve been to this location a couple times and I always feel like everyone that works here is really chill. I don’t know a lot about choosing certain products, I usually have my friend or partner do it for me. So it really helps when someone knowledgeable at the desk is able to guide me a little bit better when I come in alone, which all the people are very knowledgeable.
Aside from the great deals that were offered… Today, I had a really really great experience that I felt necessary to share. Shannon was helping me and she was so patient and compassionate with my knowledge base. She gave me great recommendations and helped me get through what it was that I needed to choose perfectly for me. I never felt rushed, and I felt super helped and supported. I love the Cotati location and have yet to go to the Santa Rosa location, but I’m assuming it’s probably pretty similar.
The place is clean, easy to find, and great parking. I will definitely be coming back again and appreciate the mercy. Wellness creates offers for their guests to want to come back more with rewards and deals throughout the month. Thank you for making my vulnerable experience, easy and feeling safe.
