I used them to transport an auto I purchased in Atlanta to my home in South Carolina. I was so impressed that I used them again to transport my golf cart from my home in SC to my winter home in Florida.

Both times everything went seamlessly. I couldn’t have asked for better. Folks who helped me book (Katie) and drivers were all very professional and polite. I will definitely use them again.

These people took my money for a deposit after I cancelled service with them. They brokered a driver and lied to them that the vehicle was ready to pick up when the bank hasn't even cleared the check for purchase. The dealer confirmed that there was no communication. This company took $339.00 out of my account for a deposit anyway. I will contact the BBB with the details as that is where I found the info for the company in the first place.

Ashley was great, taking care of all of the details to pick up my 1973 Corvette in OH and deliver in NC. Came enclosed trailer and in perfect condition. Would highly recommend them.

I tried to book online and couldn't because the truck I was shipping was lifted. I called and immediately got an answer. They offered me assistance over the phone and got me a driver the same day. The Driver was good and responsive. He had the truck from Denver to Austin in 2 days. The turnaround was impressive. The only dissapointing thing is that they charge an extra $100 for a vehicle that is lifted. This makes no sense and is not warranted. I was in a pinch and needed to find shipping asap. The extra charge was my only negative that I would say about the service. Overall, I was glad to have my truck to me in one piece and done promptly!

Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient staff who made scheduling my transport easy. Trucking assignment and pick up was made quickly and on time. Everything went flawlessly with the delivery and my vehicle arrived in perfect condition. Great communication every step of the way. Bad, really bad, I have the worse experience of my life with them and they do not care at all about fixing the problem, the people in the phone they are rude and they don't give a damn about your problem.
I hired them to transport a vehicle from Florida to California, the carrier couldn't jump the vehicle and they called me saying it would be $200 extra for a non running vehicle and I said it was fine they could charge me extra to bring it.
The carrier never loaded the vehicle no one informed me, I called them about 1 week later when the vehicle was supposed to be delivered and the carrier said that they didn't load the vehicle and Direct Express Auto Transport did not bother telling me this, they said they were looking for another carrier and nothing, 10 days passed and I called them to cancel my order and to get the $229 refund, the amount they charged, 10 days later when I was supposed to get the refund they did something nasty, they sent me an email saying they had assigned a carrier to my vehicle even after the order was already cancelled and they were goin to charge $29 dollars to my carf and i would had to pay the rest to the carrier. When I say nasty it means that someone updated their system changing my card $29 in order for them to not refund the full $229, so they only refunded $29.
I call them and guy on the phone his name was John sounded really rude and it sounded like he didn't care at all.
He said he made a note and he would pass it to his supervisor.
But to be honest worse customer service they do not care and instead of fixing the problem they keep making it worse.
I have a feeling I will have to call my bank in order to get the Money back because they simply not care at all.

I have been using Direct express Auto Transport since 2013 and I have had 5 Cars shipped to me, Direct express gets me Best Rates, a fast pickup and delivery. My recent delivery was from Texas to California, my car was picked up same day & arrived a day earlier than expected with excellent care by the driver unloading it in an enclosed transport. The cars I have had delivered are all high end exotic cars, Very nice lady Nicole took care of me my order # was 232934. I am a loyal customer for life. Nick S.

Updated review: I used them to ship my car roughly ~1000 miles. I chose them because they were an affordable option and had been in business for a very long time. There were NO price bait & switch tactics like I have heard other companies frequently do and my car was picked up and delivered within the expected time frame. The car did get some slight damage but after posting a review expressing my dissatisfaction, the companies reached out and the issue was resolved quickly and fairly. I very much appreciate that. They believe the mild damage was truck stop vandalism which is just a risk I suppose you take when you transport a car, regardless of what shipping company you use. I am very grateful the companies at least helped to make it right and turn the overall experience back into a positive one.
