UPS is awful. They have my package held at a facility due to “severe weather” in southern LA? I called the customer service number and they can’t tell me what the address is or what the phone number is so I can just go pick it up myself. She couldn’t even just put a hold on it. What is the point of their customer service if all they do and can do is what I can do through an app?

0 star first they don’t have respect for drivers,second u have to drop ur trailer here at least 7-9 hours just for unload and third u have to call in office for check in and ask if ur trailer got empty and forth after unload ur trailer they gonna drop ur trailer another location. 👎🏻

Moved cross-country and they "lost" my large crate of priceless personal belongings. It was moving alongside another package that was oddly delivered without issue. Judging from the other reviews, the contents were likely stolen. I wouldn't recommend UPS in the LA area solely based on the risk of your package going through this facility.

Parcel one, 76lbs, shipped from Orlando confirmed as being received here went missing with reason given by UPS proven to be complete BS. Replacement sent, confirmed received at Vernon depot, also went missing. What are odds of TWO 76lbs boxes sent by same company, using same shipping company, UPS, and to same customer within 10 days of each other and BOTH going missing. The police should be investigating this, not UPS #UPStheft

This facility lost my package over the July 4 weekend. It was a pair of shoes, so it probably got stolen because of the way it was shipped. I made a lost package claim which took a long time, but never actually got resolved. It was all automated.

If you have a drop of load, please call ahead to speed up your process, quick check in & out, security is a bit slow, but will help you, I will say check for your load bars. Overall, it is better than most.
