Jacksonville Safe-T Storage was top notch! It was super clean and easy to get in and out of my storage unit. I also felt super safe going to my storage unit, which can be uncomfortable for a woman. Joe was very responsive and helpful. I definitely recommend using them for all your storage needs.

Very cordial, always kind, always helpful, always responds to phone calls. Very positive experience in all aspects of the business. Facility is always clean, and has easy access 24/7. I was blessed to be able to rent, and continue to rent a storage unit. Highly recommend this Facility....if you can find an open unit. It stays completely rented due to the awesomeness of the location and helpfulness of the owners! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

If your Daughter or Son attends Jax State, and they're needing a convenient to campus, affordable, nice place to store their 'college stuff' until their mid-August move-in date, look no further than 'Jacksonville Safe-T Storage'. My Daughter's Summer move-out from 'The Pointe' is a 'hard' 12 PM on July 31. Her move-in date for 'The Edge' is mid-August. Thus why my affiliation with the storage company began. Calling the company I spoke with Joe; a very knowledgeable person whose exemplary customer service was evident. I asked Joe many questions during the 5 or 6 calls we shared. He knew the answer to my questions and had great recommendations - all of which I followed. He answered everytime I called, or returned my calls almost immediately; answered twice after hours. I'm glad I found this storage facility. But must of all I'm thankful Joe was there to guide me along. The process to rent/move-in is simple - user friendly (online). I 100% recommend 'Jacksonville Safe-T Sorage'.

I’ve had my own entire house in Jacksonville Safe-T Storage for over a year now. It is a clean and safe storage, I’m so happy with the service, they have been a blessing to my family. If you are in need of a storage I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else but Jacksonville Safe-T Storage. You will be satisfied! I give them a 10/10?

My husband and I use this company and I have to say, I have no complaints. To be a nice indoor facility, the price isn’t ridiculous like I’ve seen in other places and the website is easy to use especially when it comes to paying. I have the text notifications set on and when it’s time to pay they send a link with the text message and Mr. Tucker that maintains them is very nice. When we first got our building, the lock they put on there malfunctioned and he changed it out for us ASAP. The building security is outstanding and we don’t worry about someone breaking in so that’s a HUGE bonus as well. Would definitely use them again and recommend anyone looking for a storage building place to use them!

The facilities here are fantastic. It was so refreshing to step into a facility that not only had incredible climate control, but immediately when you walk in, there are carts there to allow you to load things to wheel items to your unit. It was so convenient beyond anything that I imagined. My first day I was at the wrong building and when I called, they were so helpful to get me to right building. They also texted and messaged me just to make sure that I was taken care of, even after normal business hours. Customer service has been top notch so far. I needed a unit very quickly, and they were able to accommodate without an issue, and the space was just perfect for our needs. In fact, it was much bigger than we initially planned for, so we were able to store more instead of selling a few items off because we were unsure if we were going to have room for them. The ceilings are high, so you can stack items easily, especially for your crates or boxes. Overall, I have been very happy, and the convenience of paying month to month is fantastic too. You never know when you might need to leave, so this is also a very convenient part!

Very clean establishment! Open 24/7 with security camera for safety. Insulated nicely my belongings stay safe and sound! Very affordable monthly pricing too! I would recommend this storage unit for anyone in the Jacksonville, Anniston, Alexandria area!
