Truck #1514 was driving over the speed limit, tailgating, driving with high beams, flashing headlights, turning headlights off and flashing what seemed to be LED strobe lights, and driving in and out of traffic in both lanes. His lights were so bright in the mirrors that you couldn’t see anything. I called the company to report him, however it went straight to voicemail. I’m waiting for a return call. I did call the police. He was driving on I-70 west from Maryland into Pennsylvania toward Breezewood, PA
