My storage unit was broken into on Sunday. I wasn’t informed until Wednesday at 6:15 pm at closing time when they knew at 2 pm. The regional manager doesn’t want to hire a proper general contractor to replace the bashed door that barely rolled up with a broken latch. I could access the unit because their standard locks wouldn’t fit. Their universal auction lock only worked on the bent latch which they wouldn’t give me a copy of the key. They hired an independent handyman who practically lives there. He had the office boy hold a rock on 1 side while he hammered the other side of the metal door. The handyman claimed he couldn’t buy the parts because only a licensed general contractor was able to buy parts. The management couldn’t reason as to refund the rent for not being able to access the unit freely. In addition, moving costs for not replacing the door that has sunlight through it.

I’ve had my unit for like a year . Great location great pricing, staff very friendly. I recommend this storage facility to anyone . I live near Downtown L.A about 20 miles from storage unit I can go and check on my unit from 6 am til 10 pm. Thanks . U guys are great.

I didn't actually get a storage unit there but the customer service was good they called me right back immediately to answer my questions so I would refer them to other people for their storage needs and their prices are very competitive
